What is the board arrangement CA or CC ?

Late Booking Fee
Tour companies add a 'late booking fee' for holidays booked from 2 weeks prior to departure. You will be advised when booking. Late bookings are now always sent on e-ticket, and may be sent by e-mail or hard copy print. Alway check you invoice that all names are correct as per the name on you Passport. Alpine Xperience can not be held responsible for wrong information provided. Please check you Invoice carefully.

E-Ticket (Low cost Airlines)
E-Tickets are now more common. No tickets are issued, you simply take your booking Invoice with you to the Airport, and check in. No further tickets are issued by your tour company. Simply provide Invoice and Passport when checking in.

Payments and Cancellation Request
Any/all Holidays booked within 12 weeks of departure require payment in Full. Cancellation requests must be made in writing-(e-mail accepted). Cancellation charges will be as per your Tour operator charges . Any Discount offered by Alpine Xperience (Fritz) will be cancelled and a new Invoice provided to you for Insurance claims. It is your full responsibility to ensure full Holiday Insurance cover for yourself and all members travelling on Invoice.

What are 'room type' marked, Private facilities.
Your allocated room type will have a minimum of Private Shower and WC. - There may well be upgraded rooms available. Room types will be confirmed when booking.
